6. Payment Terms
Fees for our Services are as described in Section 3 and confirmed in the engagement letter. All fees are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment schedules are set out in the engagement letter and typically require part-payment before work commences.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless a different term is agreed.

Our fees do not include goods and services tax (SST), which will be added where applicable under Malaysian law.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared with us during an engagement as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or a competent authority.
We ask that clients also treat information shared by Saujana Group — including methodologies, unpublished assessments, and adviser observations — as confidential and not for wider distribution without our agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Saujana Group's aggregate liability to any client arising out of or in connection with an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the relevant engagement.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or business opportunity, arising from use of the Website or from any engagement, even where we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
