Frequently Asked

What kinds of businesses do you typically work with?
Most of our clients are established Malaysian companies — typically from five to several hundred staff — operating in or adjacent to the Cyberjaya–Putrajaya technology corridor. They tend to have some internal capability already and are looking for a thoughtful outside perspective on a particular question or set of questions, rather than a wholesale external consultant to manage the business.
How long does a typical engagement last?
It depends on the service. The Quarterly Practice Briefing runs on a rolling quarterly basis; the Digital Operations Diagnostic runs for eight weeks; the Technology-Adjacent Business Model Review runs for four months. We are clear about timeframes at the outset so that both sides can plan accordingly.
Do you implement the recommendations you make?
We do not. Our role is to analyse, advise, and produce written outputs. Implementation stays with your team or your preferred technology and operations partners. We find this division useful — it keeps our reading of the situation independent.
What does the pricing cover?
Pricing covers all sessions, written deliverables, and advisory availability as described for each service. There are no additional charges for travel within the Klang Valley or for follow-up correspondence during the engagement period. Any significant out-of-area travel would be discussed separately before terms are agreed.
How do we begin?
The most straightforward way is to send us a short note via the contact form on this page, or to call the office directly. We will arrange a preliminary conversation — typically thirty to forty-five minutes — to understand what you are working through and whether one of our services seems like a reasonable fit. There is no charge for this initial discussion.
Is the information we share treated as confidential?
Yes. We operate under standard professional confidentiality norms, and formal engagements include a mutual confidentiality agreement as a matter of course. We do not share client details, discussions, or outputs with third parties without your agreement.
